Representation begins only with a signed agreement.

Everything published here, including radar entries, statistics, and articles, is general information and analytical opinion derived from public and licensed records. It is not an appraisal or opinion of value for any specific property, and it is not legal, tax, financial, investment, or construction advice. Decisions about a specific property deserve advice specific to it — from us in an engaged capacity, or from your own advisors.

Public records are delayed and sometimes incomplete, so the information is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Radar entries are estimates of likelihood, not statements of fact about any owner's plans; how they are built, their limitations, and how to request a correction are documented on the methodology page→.

You may read, share, and link to this site freely.
